Supplemental Documents. With the exception of software, end-user and click-wrap agreements, Contractor’s Supplemental Documents are the only authorized documents under this Master Agreement and are attached hereto as Attachments.
Supplemental Documents. All Attachments to this Master Agreement have been reviewed and negotiated by the Lead State only to the extent that they comply with the terms and conditions of RFP-NP-23-001 as well as this Master Agreement. Participating States and Entities are still advised however, to review each Supplemental Document and negotiate the terms and conditions further with Contractor if necessary. It shall be at the discretion of Contractor and Purchasing Entity to determine which Supplemental Documents are appropriate for each Order type. With the exception of End User License Agreements (EULA’s), clickwrap agreements, and any third party software agreements, which have not been reviewed or negotiated by the Lead State, nor are they attached to this Master Agreement, only the Supplemental Documents attached to this Master Agreement are permitted to be used for any Order placed.
Supplemental Documents. The Surety shall at the request of the Landlord join in any document made supplemental or collateral to the Lease.
Supplemental Documents. The Contractor’s Supplemental Documents included with the Master Agreement as Exhibits and/or Attachment apply to the products and services they support where authorized under this Participating Addendum. Terms and Conditions under Master Agreement Exhibits and/or Attachments, if applicable to a purchase, shall be reviewed and negotiated by each State UGU in accordance with individual associated risk and applicable State and UGU governing law, in which case, governing law shall govern in case of any conflicting requirements.

ESCO shall prepare, reproduce and distribute supplemental drawings, Plans and Specifications and shall issue interpretations in response to requests for clarification by Owner’s Project Manager, or subcontractors or as required by construction exigencies. ESCO shall be responsible for notifying the appropriate parties of Owner's instructions and of changed requirements and schedule revisions.
Supplemental Documents. Recognizing that the implementation of the provisions hereof with respect to various actions of the Parties hereto may require the execution of supplemental documents, the precise nature of which cannot now be anticipated, each of the Parties agrees to assent to, execute, and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably required by other parties hereto so long as such other and further documents are consistent with the terms and provisions hereof, shall not impose additional obligations on any parties, shall not deprive any party of the privileges herein granted to it and shall be in furtherance of the intent and purposes of this Agreement.
