Available Relief for a Force Majeure Event. Subject to this Article 11, (a) no Party shall be in breach of its obligations/ roles pursuant to this Agreement to the extent that the performance of its obligations/ roles was prevented, hindered or delayed due to a Force Majeure Event; (b) each Party shall be entitled to claim relief for a Force Majeure Event affecting its performance in relation to its obligations/ roles under Articles 3.3.4, 4.4.2 and 6.3.1 of this Agreement.
