Available Saturday Clause Samples

Available Saturday and/or Sunday work, outside an employee's own department will be given to the plant senior qualified employees who are not otherwise scheduled to work. Plant seniority may be exercised on Saturday and/or Sunday in filling any job not held Monday through Friday of the scheduled work week provided all employees with department seniority are working and more employees are required (CDC or Plant 1).
