Avoidance of Conflict of Interest. (a) The Grantee will comply with Sections 2-2-121, 2-2-201, 7-3-4256, 7-3-4367, 7-5- 2106, and 7-5-4109, MCA, as applicable, and any other applicable local, state, or federal law regarding the avoidance of conflict of interest.
