Avoidance of Conflict of Interest. While employed by the --------------------------------- Company, Executive will not engage in any business activity that conflicts with his or her duties to the Company without the prior written consent of the CEO of the Company. Under no circumstances will Executive work for any competitor or have any financial interest in any competitor of the Company; provided, however, Executive may invest in up to one percent (1%) of the publicly traded stock or securities of any company whose stock or securities are traded on national exchange.
