Common use of Avoidance of Conflict of Interest Clause in Contracts

Avoidance of Conflict of Interest. While employed by Corporation and for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of employment with Corporation, Employee shall not engage in any other business activity that conflicts with Employee's duties to Corporation. Under no circumstances may Employee work for any competitor or have any financial interest in any competitor of Corporation; provided, however, that this Agreement does not prohibit investment of a reasonable part of Employee's assets in the stock or securities of any competitor whose stock or securities are traded on a national exchange.

Avoidance of Conflict of Interest. While employed by Corporation and for a period of twelve twenty-four (1224) months following termination of employment with Corporation, Employee shall not engage in any other business activity that conflicts with Employee's ’s duties to Corporation. Under no circumstances may Employee work for any competitor or have any financial interest in any competitor of Corporation; provided, however, that this Agreement does not prohibit investment of a reasonable part of Employee's ’s assets in the stock or securities of any competitor whose stock or securities are traded on a national exchange.

While employed by Corporation and for a period of twelve eighteen (1218) months following termination of employment with Corporation, Employee shall not engage in any other business activity that conflicts with Employee's duties to Corporation. Under no circumstances may Employee work for any competitor or have any financial interest in any competitor of Corporation; provided, however, that this Agreement does not prohibit investment of a reasonable part of Employee's assets in the stock or securities of any competitor whose stock or securities are traded on a national exchange.
