Common use of Award Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Award Acceptance. This Award shall not be effective unless the Executive electronically consents to this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement via an online platform, access to which will be provided by the Company, indicating the Executive’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement. By electronically consenting to this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement via the online platform, the Executive acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement and the Plan.
