Common use of Award Agreement Clause in Contracts

Award Agreement. Each Option grant shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement that shall specify the Option Price, the Option Term (not to exceed ten (10) years from its Grant Date), the number of Shares to which the Option pertains, the time or times at which such Option shall be exercisable and such other provisions as the Committee shall determine.
