Common use of Award Amount Clause in Contracts

Award Amount. NCTCOG will reimburse CITY’S eligible costs as outlined in the Scope of Work (SCOPE) under the conditions in this Agreement not to exceed the Maximum Award Amount of $20,000. The actual amount of reimbursement may be less than the maximum Award Amount and will be determined under the conditions of this Agreement. CITY shall be responsible for any costs in excess of the maximum Award Amount. Where the amount identified in Exhibit A and Article 2.1 differ, the Maximum Award Amount identified in Article 2.1 prevails.
