Common use of Award Amount Clause in Contracts

Award Amount. NCEM has offered a Grant for $ (the “Award”) (see Exhibit A “Award Calculation Table”) for a comparable replacement home, pursuant to the Programs policies and procedures. This amount was determined based on the information the Participant(s) provided in the Program application, in accordance with Program policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations governing the Program. The Participant(s) understand that the Grant amount may be modified by approved Change Orders not contemplated on the effective date of this Agreement. Any changes to the Grant amount not addressed in this Agreement must be approved by the Participant(s) and NCEM, and shall be memorialized in a written amendment to the Grant Agreement executed at closeout and incorporated herein by reference.
