Common use of Award and Terms of Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Award and Terms of Restricted Stock Units. The Company awards to the Recipient under the Plan an aggregate number of Restricted Stock Units (the “Award”), subject to the restrictions, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Recipient acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and acknowledges that the definitive records pertaining to the grant of this Award, and settlement of rights hereunder, shall be retained by the Company.

Award and Terms of Restricted Stock Units.
