Common use of Award Final and Binding Clause in Contracts

Award Final and Binding. (a) (Final and binding): Subject to clause 10.7(b), any award will be final and binding on the Disputing Parties. (b) (Appeal): Each Disputing Party consents to any appeal to a court where that appeal is made under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 (Vic) on a question of law arising in connection with an arbitral award made in accordance with this clause 10.
