The Grantee understands and acknowledges that the Restricted Stock Units granted under this Agreement are not intended to qualify for specific tax and social security treatment pursuant to Sections L. 000-000-0 to L. 000-000-0 and Sections L. 22-10-59 and L. 22-10-60 of the French Commercial Code, as amended. ​
