Common use of Award Not Transferable Clause in Contracts

Award Not Transferable. The Restricted Stock Units may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise disposed of, whether by operation of law or otherwise, and shall not be subject to execution, attachment or similar process. Any attempt at assignment, transfer, pledge or hypothecation, or other disposition of the Restricted Stock Units contrary to the provisions hereof, and the levy of any attachment or similar process upon the Restricted Stock Units, shall be null and void and without effect.
