AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this AGREEMENT, the FRANCHISEE is herein granted a non-exclusive franchise to provide Temporary Construction and Demolition Debris Collection Service within the Service Area. No other Solid Waste or recycling service shall be provided by the FRANCHISEE.
