Common use of Award of Cash Compensation Clause in Contracts

Award of Cash Compensation. The participant is hereby granted the right to receive cash compensation equal to the greater of (i) $60,000 or (ii) the fair market value of 80,000 shares (as such value is determined on the applicable vesting date) (“Compensation”), as further described and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
