Basic Compensation. (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.
Basic Compensation. The City hereby agrees to pay the Consultant, as full compensation for the complete and satisfactory performance of the contract, and all expenses and costs related thereto:

If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.

1. An off-duty employee shall receive a minimum of two hours overtime compensation for any court day they are subpoenaed to be on call or required to appear.
2. An off-duty employee shall receive hour-for-hour overtime compensation for each additional hour of actual attendance in excess of the two hour minimum provided for in paragraph A.1. above, with the following noontime recess exceptions: Length of Recess Amount of Compensation 45 minutes or less None 46 minutes or more All time over 46 minutes (in 6 minute increments).
Basic Compensation. As compensation for the Executive's services hereunder, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual salary of $330,000 (as adjusted, "Basic Compensation"), payable in bi-weekly or monthly installments. The Basic Compensation may be increased in the discretion of the Board.
Basic Compensation. Company shall pay to Employee as a minimum basic ------------------ compensation the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) per year, payable in equal monthly installments. Employee's basic compensation may be increased from time to time in the sole discretion of Company's Board of Directors.
Basic Compensation. The employee’s salary shall be based on the City’s adopted pay scale for this position. The employee will initially be placed on the pay scale at Grade 27, Step HH. The employee shall be paid either bi-weekly or monthly in accordance with the City’s normal payroll schedule. The employee will be entitled to receive any general increases in salary, benefits, or compensation granted to the City’s other non-union employees. Any increases in salary or grade shall become incorporated into and become part of this Agreement.
Basic Compensation. As compensation for Executive’s services during the first twelve months of the Term, Company shall pay to Executive a salary at the annual rate of $465,000 payable in periodic installments in accordance with Company’s regular payroll practices in effect from time to time. For each subsequent twelve-month period of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive’s salary shall be in the amount of his initial annual salary with such increases, as may be established by the Board of Directors of Company in consultation with Executive provided that the increase in base salary with respect to each subsequent twelve-month period shall not be less than the product of Executive’s base salary multiplied by the annual percentage increase in the retail price index (expressed as a decimal) for the United States, as reported in the most recent report of the U.S. Department of Labor for the preceding twelve-month period. Once increased, Executive’s annual salary cannot be decreased without the written consent of Executive. Executive’s annual salary, as determined in accordance with this Section 3.1, is hereinafter referred to as his “Base Salary.”
Basic Compensation. Executive’s initial salary (“Base Salary”) when annualized shall be at the rate of $175,000.00 and shall be payable in bi-weekly or other installments in accordance with the Company’s normal payment schedule for senior management (but not less frequently than monthly). The Base Salary shall be subject to annual review commencing on the anniversary of the Commencement Date and on or about each subsequent anniversary during the Term, and may be increased (but not decreased) by the Board in its sole discretion for subsequent years.
