Common use of Award of Credit Clause in Contracts

Award of Credit. In accordance with RCW 28A.175.100, high school credit will be awarded for all Graduation Alliance coursework in which students are enrolled in accordance with the following: 1. High school credit will be awarded for the Program instruction provided by Graduation Alliance 2. The District will ensure that the process for awarding high school credits as described above is implemented as part of the District’s policy regarding award of credits per WAC 180-51-050(5) and (6). 3. Graduation Alliance documentation related to the earned credits will be provided to the student and the District that will be responsible awarding of credits.

Award of Credit. The District will ensure that the process for awarding high school credits as described above is implemented as part of the District’s policy regarding award of credits per WAC 180-51-050(5) and (6). 3. Graduation Alliance documentation related to the earned credits will be provided to the student and the District that will be responsible awarding of credits.
