Conditions of Employment. It is a term and condition of employment and of the obligations and rights occurring under this Agreement, that an employee:
i) properly use and maintain all appropriate protective clothing and tools and equipment supplied by the Company for specified circumstances; and
ii) use any technology and perform any duties which are within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training: and
iii) Understand that termination of employment will be based on job requirements and skills and that the principle of "last on - first off' will not apply. It is the needs and requirements of the Company, together with the efforts, skills and abilities of the employee which will be the determining factors regarding the retrenchment of employees. However, where efforts, skills and abilities are equal then seniority shall take precedence; and
iv) maintain commitment to, and comply with the Company's directions (consistent with the objectives of the Agreement) with respect to, safety, quality, site cleanliness and waste management; and
v) provide and maintain an adequate kit of tools in accordance with Parent Award requirements; and
vi) be committed to the objectives in Clause 4 of this Agreement All new employees (other than casuals) will be engaged on the basis of a 3-month probationary period, which shall count as service. The Company reserves the right to terminate a probationary employee at any time during this 3 month period subject to a week's notice or payment in lieu thereof. The Company's right to employ persons on a specified task and/or specified period basis is acknowledged.
Conditions of Employment. When a license and/or certification is required as a part of the qualifications for a position prior to the appointment of an employee into the affected position, the employee will be responsible for the initial cost of the license and/or certification. Thereafter, the employee will be responsible for maintaining the license and/or certification and for all renewal costs.
Conditions of Employment. Normal conditions of employment as issued by the Company apply to the receipt of benefits under this Section 5.
Conditions of Employment. 1. The Employee shall be entitled to benefits as outlined in the attached Administrative Benefits Program.
2. The annual salary of the Employee will not be adjusted during the term of this Contract.
3. In addition to the salary and benefits provided in Sections A-2 and B-1 listed above, the Board will pay an annual supplemental benefit allowance of $2,300 for the purchase of permanent life insurance, long term care insurance, long term disability insurance, a tax sheltered annuity, or SURS service credit through payroll deduction as designated by the employee.
4. The Employee acknowledges that during the term of employment under this Contract, tenure is not acquired. However, tenure status or academic rank previously earned as a Xxxxxx College faculty member shall be retained in the event this Contract is terminated.
5. The Employee hereby agrees to perform the duties of said office as the Board, through the President, may direct and to keep such records and make such reports as are now or hereinafter required by the Board.
6. Evaluation of the Employee shall be made annually by such instrument as is developed by the Administration.
Conditions of Employment. Employer’s obligations to Executive under this Agreement are conditioned upon Executive’s timely compliance with requirements of the United States immigration laws.
Conditions of Employment. Except as provided by this clause 11, Teachers covered by this Agreement must be employed at a salary based on a rate of pay, and otherwise on terms and conditions, not less than those prescribed by this Agreement.
Conditions of Employment. Employer’s obligations to Employee under this Agreement are conditioned upon Employee’s timely compliance with requirements of the United States immigration laws.
Conditions of Employment. 12.1 In accordance with clauses 6 and 7 of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide to the employees covered by the Agreement all the conditions of employment provided in the Glass Merchants and Glazing Contractors General Xxxxxxxx Consolidated Award 1997, with the exception of Clauses 12, 15.2.1, 37.5 and 41.3.
Conditions of Employment. Your employment is conditioned on the items listed below. SAIC, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether these items have been satisfactorily completed and, if SAIC determines that you have not satisfactorily completed these items, any contract between you and SAIC will be null and void.
a. Background check conducted by or satisfactory to SAIC.
b. Verification of all higher education credentials. You must submit an official transcript for each degree or credential that you have received to the Faculty Employment Resources office. If you complete any additional degree(s) or credential(s) while employed at the School, you must submit an official transcript for any such additional degree(s) or credential(s).
c. Eligibility to work legally in the United States.

(ii) Use any technology and perform any duties that are within the limits of the Employee’s skill, competence, training and classification level, applicable legislation; and
(iii) Understand that termination of employment in cases involving retrenchment will be based on job requirements and skills. It is the needs and requirements of the Company, together with the efforts, skills and abilities of the Employee and the key objectives of the agreement which will be the determining factors regarding the retrenchment of Employees. However, where efforts, skills and abilities are equal then seniority shall take precedence; and
(iv) Maintain commitment to, and comply with the Company’s directions (consistent with the objectives of the Agreement) with respect to, safety, quality, site cleanliness and waste management; and
(v) Provide and maintain an adequate kit of tools in accordance with the agreement’s requirements; and
(vi) Assist in their prompt return to work on suitable duties if temporarily unable to carry out their normal duties due to a work-related injury where it is safe to do so.
(vii) Be committed to the objectives in Clause 2 of this Agreement.
