Common use of Award of Options Clause in Contracts

Award of Options. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan (the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference) and effective as of the Grant Date, the Company hereby grants to the Optionee a Number of Options to purchase Shares at the designated Exercise Price for each Share granted under these Options. The total Number of Options and the Exercise Price are set forth in Exhibit A.

Award of Options.
