Exercise After Death. In the event Optionee dies before the expiration of this option, Optionee's estate, or the person or persons to whom his rights under this option shall pass by will or the laws of descent and distribution, may exercise this option, to the extent exercisable at the date of death, at any time within six months following Optionee's death (but in any event before the expiration of the Option Period).

Exercise After Death. If Optionee dies while employed by or while serving as an officer or director of the Company or its Affiliates or within a period of three (3) months after the date such employment, but prior to the complete exercise of this Option, the Option may be exercised within one (1) year from the date of Optionee's death, but: (a) only by a personal representative of Optionee, or by any person or persons who shall have acquired the Option directly from the Optionee by bequest or inheritance; and (b) only to the extent that the Option was exercisable on the date of death and had not previously been exercised.
Exercise After Death. All or part of these Options may be exercised at any time before its expiration under Section 6.1 above by the executors or administrators of the Optionee's estate or by any person who has acquired these Options directly from the Optionee by beneficiary designation, bequest or inheritance, but only to the extent that these Options had become exercisable before the Optionee's death. When the Optionee dies, these Options shall expire immediately with respect to the number of Shares for which these Options are not yet exercisable and with respect to any restricted Stock.

Exercise After Death. Upon termination of an Associate’s employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries due to the Associate’s death, each Option shall remain vested and exercisable for a period of one year (365 days) following the date of the Associate’s death, but not to exceed the fifth anniversary of the Grant Date of the Option. The Option shall be cancelled immediately upon the expiration of such period.
