Common use of Awning Clause in Contracts

Awning. If Xxxxxx decides to install an awning it must be no smaller than 10' x 30', or that approved by Lessor, over the porch. Lessor reserves the right to approve or reject the type of material used and the quality of the construction. All awnings must be maintained in a safe and attractive condition. All awnings require a building permit from the county at Lessee’s expense.
