GLASS Sample Clauses

GLASS. The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.
GLASS. Coverage is provided for all loss or damages to exterior glass, lettering, ornamentation and burglar foils thereon, caused by accidental breakage of such glass. The Insurer shall not be liable under this Additional Agreement for coverage for: a) loss or damage directly or indirectly from fire whether in the “premises” described in the “Declaration Page” or elsewhere; b) loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the perils excluded in Perils Excluded section 6.B of the Commercial Property Broad Form (CMF-0005-1218); c) the cost of removing or replacing any fixtures or other obstructions to the replacement of the glass.
GLASS. All glass now or hereafter on or in the said premises for its full replacement value.
GLASSTenant shall pay on demand the cost of replacement with as good quality and size of any glass broken on the Leased Premises including outside windows and doors of the perimeter of the Leased Premises (including perimeter windows in the exterior walls or interior glass) during the continuance of this Lease, unless the glass shall be broken by the Landlord, its servants, employees or agents acting on its behalf.
GLASS. Owner shall replace, at the expense of Tenant, any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever in and about the demised premises. Owner may insure, and keep insured, at Tenant's expense, all plate and other glass in the demised premises for and in the name of Owner. Bills for the premiums therefor shall be rendered by Owner to Tenant at such times as Owner may elect, and shall be due from, and payable by, Tenant when rendered, and the amount thereof shall be deemed to be, and be paid as, additional rent.
GLASSThe Tenant expressly covenants and agrees to replace any broken glass in the windows or other apertures of the Leased Premises which may become damaged or destroyed at its cost and expense.
GLASSTenant agrees to replace all glass broken or damaged during the term of its lease with glass of the same quality as that broken or damaged.
GLASSTenant agrees to immediately replace all glass in the demised premises if broken or damaged during the term of this Lease with glass of the same quality as that broken or damaged.
GLASS. 1. Clean glass entrance doors and adjacent glass panels nightly. E HIGH DUSTING (Quarterly) 1. Dust and wipe clean all closet shelving when empty and carpet sweep or dry mop all floors in closets if such are empty. 2. Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs and similar wall hangings. 3. Dust clean all vertical surfaces such as walls, partitions, doors, door bucks and other surfaces above shoulder height. 4. Damp dust all ceiling air conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, registers and other ventilating louvers. 5. Dust the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures.
GLASS. To restore forthwith at the Tenant's expense and with glass of the same colour and quality, any broken or damaged glass on the Premises.
