BA 135 CAP. Employees hired for the 1992-93 school year or before had until September 30, 1994, to attain a BA + 135. Commencing with new hires for the 1986-87 school year and continuing thereafter, only experience and educational credits which the state recognizes for salary allocation purposes shall be credited for salary placement.
