Common use of BA OSS Services Clause in Contracts

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0, xxxxxxxx to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3Covad, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0Covad, xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § ss. 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3Covad.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3Compass, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0Compass, xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3Compass.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3Mpower, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0Mpower, xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3Mpower.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3NorthPoint, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0NorthPoint, xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3NorthPoint.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3MFN, BA shall provide to Xxxxx 0MFN, xxxxxxxx pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3MFN.

Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3USWest.

Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3Transwire.

BA OSS Services. 1.2.1 Upon request by Level 3, BA shall provide to Xxxxx Lexxx 0, xxxxxxxx to xo Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), BA OSS Services. 1.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services that will be offered by BA, shall be as determined by BA. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3.

Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3.MFN. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, BA shall have the right to change BA Operations Support Systems, BA Operations Support Systems functions, BA OSS Facilities, BA OSS Information, and the BA OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Level 3TGI.
