BACHELOR’S DEGREES. The School District of Clay County employees are eligible to take all on ground courses leading to bachelors’ degrees that are offered at SLU education centers located near them. Enrolled students will also have the option of taking online courses leading to bachelor degrees. The cost of attendance may be different depending on where the courses are taken and employment status at the School District of Clay County. Enrollment advisors will help students understand the pricing and attendance responsibilities before the start of classes. Appendix B provides information on tuition and appendix C information on admission to the University.
BACHELOR’S DEGREES. It is possible to refund the tuition fee payment in case the residence permit application is declined. The refund is made only within the same academic year when the student is selected to study. In case the applicant has with- drawn the residence permit application, or any way interrupted the residence permit process and forced Immigra- tion Service (MIGRI) to abort the application process, he/she is not able to apply for the tuition fee refund. The applicant must be able to prove that he/she has applied for the residence permit as soon as possible after receiving the admission notice and paying the tuition fee as instructed. The residence permit needs to be applied within 14 days from notification of admission. In case of negative residence permit decision, the refund can be made based on written application by applicant and the requests are processed case by case. The application must include the negative decision from the Immigra- tion Service MIGRI. Administration fee is deducted from the refund. If the applicant does not submit the negative residence permit decision within the two semesters, the tuition fee is no longer returned. Bachelor students who are forced to start their studies in distance learning mode due to residence permit delays out of their control and wish to withdraw after receiving a negative decision within their first semester, 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded if they choose not to continue their studies in distance learning mode for their second semester. The negative decision from MIGRI and the notice of resignation must be submitted to KAMK by the end of their first semester. The paid fee will not be returned if the student resigns from his/her studies during the academic year. The tuition fee will not be refunded in case the studies have been offered online/in distance learning mode. Administration fee of 250 euros is deducted from the refund. Master's Degrees No refund from the paid tuition at all.
