Common use of BACK-UP COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE Clause in Contracts

BACK-UP COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE. 2.1 VIEWRAY has the right to produce back-up copies of [***], provided that alphanumerical identification numbers, trademarks and copyright endorsements remain unchanged. These copies may only be used for the sole purpose of replacing the destroyed or otherwise defective data carrier. VIEWRAY shall not copy [***] for purposes other than those stated in this Section.
