Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.
Information Packages. Each Party (i) shall provide to the other Party (in the format reasonably determined by the other Party) all information and assistance requested by the other Party as reasonably necessary to prepare any Tax Return described in Section 3.01 on a timely basis consistent with the current practices of Select and its Subsidiaries in preparing Tax Returns and (ii) in so providing such information and assistance, shall use any systems and third-party service providers as are consistent with the current practices of Select and its Subsidiaries in preparing Tax Returns.
Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month; provided, however, that at any time when an Event of Termination has occurred and is continuing, the Servicer shall furnish to the Administrative Agent promptly upon request an interim report with respect to the Pool Receivables containing such information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package signed by the Servicer and for the most recently completed Settlement Period; provided, that the Administrative Agent may modify, in any reasonable respect, the information required to be provided by Servicer in, or the form of, the Information Package upon reasonable prior notice to the Servicer.

As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month; provided, that at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Level 1 Ratings Event, upon two (2) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent by no later than the second (2nd) Business Day of each week, a Weekly Information Package with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the last Business Day of the previous week; and, provided, further, that at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Level 2 Ratings Event, upon two (2) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent on each Business Day thereafter a Daily Information Package with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the previous Business Day.
Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Report as of the most recently completed calendar month and (B) during any Weekly Reporting Period, not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report as of the close of business on Friday of the most recently completed calendar week.

Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than five (5) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package signed by the Servicer and for the most recently completed Settlement Period, with copies to the Collateral Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Paying Agent.
Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than three (3) Business Days prior to each Monthly Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month and (B) upon ten Business Days’ written request of any Purchaser, a written report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers setting forth the Specifically Reserved Maintenance Revenue Amount as of the most recently completed calendar month; provided, however, that prior to the occurrence of a Level 1 Ratings Trigger, no Servicer shall be required to prepare any such report more frequently than once per calendar quarter.
Information Packages. On the 15th Business Day after each Cut-Off Date hereafter (each, a “Reporting Date”), the Servicer shall deliver to the Agent, a report in the form of Exhibit 3.1(a) (each, an “Information Package”) accompanied by an electronic file in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent; provided, however, that if an Event of Default shall exist and be continuing, the Agent may request that a computation of the Borrowing Base be made more frequently than monthly but no more frequently than once per day.
