Background as provided under. Section 9.4 Where a Party has Access Rights for Exploitation to Object Code and/or APIs that is Result and which is Needed and to Background as provided under Section 9.4 of this PCA, such Access Rights exclude the right to sub-license. Such sub-licensing rights may, however, be negotiated between the Parties.
