ADS Fees and Charges The following ADS fees are payable under the terms of the Deposit Agreement:
Advisory Fees There is no investment banker, broker, finder or ------------- other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Purchaser, who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Purchaser or its Affiliates or Associates, upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Costs, Fees and Charges Costs, fees and charges payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable by Borrower as and when provided in Section 2 hereof, to Lender or to any other Person designated by Lender in writing.
Consulting Fees and Expenses The Company shall pay to the Consultant a consulting fee of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars per month (the "Consulting Fee").
Fees Registry Operator must pay, or have paid on its behalf, fees to the Escrow Agent directly. If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.
Outstanding Fees and Charges In the event of termination or non-renewal of this Agreement, the Fund will promptly pay the Transfer Agent all fees and charges for the services provided under this Agreement (i) which have been accrued and remain unpaid as of the date of such notice of termination or non-renewal and (ii) which thereafter accrue for the period through and including the date of the Fund’s Deconversion.
Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
SUB-ADVISORY FEES For all of the services rendered with respect to the Fund as herein provided, the Manager shall pay to the Sub-Adviser a fee (for the payment of which the Fund shall have no obligation or liability), based on the Current Net Assets of the Fund (as defined below), as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be accrued daily and payable monthly, as soon as practicable after the last day of each calendar month. In the case of termination of this Agreement with respect to the Fund during any calendar month, the fee with respect to such Portfolio accrued to, but excluding, the date of termination shall be paid promptly following such termination.
