Fees definition

Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to or referred to in Section 3.01.

Fees means the Commitment Fees, the Administrative Agent Fees, the L/C Participation Fees and the Issuing Bank Fees.

Fees means the fees and commissions provided for or referred to in Section 3.6. and any other fees payable by the Borrower hereunder or under any other Loan Document.

Examples of Fees in a sentence

• Upon receipt of payment for a TIPS Sale, including partial payment (which renders TIPS Administration Fees immediately due), Vendor shall issue to TIPS the corresponding TIPS Administration Fee payment as soon as possible but not later than thirty-one calendar days following Vendor’s receipt of payment.

• TIPS Administration Fees are due to TIPS immediately upon Vendor’s receipt of payment, including partial payment, for a TIPS Sale.

• Termination pursuant to this section will not relieve the Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement for any transactions entered with Participating Entities through the date of termination, including reporting and payment of applicable Administrative Fees.

• Failure to pay all TIPS Administration Fees pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion as well as the initiation of collection and legal actions by TIPS against Vendor to the extent permitted by law.

• Sourcewell reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law for unpaid or underpaid Administrative Fees due under this Agreement.
