Common use of Balancing Operator warranties Clause in Contracts

Balancing Operator warranties. The Balancing Operator hereby warrants to the Network User that it holds any and all authorisations and rights required under applicable law to perform the Balancing within the BeLux Area. It shall take all necessary steps to maintain the required licenses, permits, authorisations and rights throughout the duration of this Agreement.
