Common use of BALCONY Clause in Contracts

BALCONY. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the unit they have reserved may include a balcony, which can be a dangerous area, that the balcony can become slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the balcony areas. DECK & POOL Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved include a deck & pool, which can be dangerous areas. The deck can become slippery when wet, and injury and drowning may occur to anyone who is not careful around the pool and deck. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the deck & pool. MAINTENANCE Please report any maintenance needs to the front desk. All maintenance needs will be addressed as soon as possible.
