Bandwidth Forecasts. Attached as Exhibit G hereto is PSINet's good faith, non-binding three-year forecast of the anticipated amount of Bandwidth that will be required by PSINet under this Agreement, which good faith, non- binding forecast shall be updated by PSINet quarterly and delivered to IXC by no later than the 20th day following the end of each calendar quarter.
