Common use of Bank Account Access Clause in Contracts

Bank Account Access. Customer agrees to provide Purchaser with ongoing and continuous streaming access to the Approved Account, via Purchaser’s online banking link, including by providing all necessary passwords and online log-in information. If access is interrupted for any reason, Customer agrees to relink Purchaser to the Approved Account within 24 hours of receiving Notice from Purchaser.
