Account Access. Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.
Account Access. You will access your Account either: (i) through the Platform by using your username and password connected to your Business Account; or (ii) through the Zero Hash System using your Zero Hash provided username and password connected to your Account (collectively, your “Login Credentials”). You may only access your Account using your Login Credentials, or as may be authorized or required by both Zero Hash and Business (as applicable). From time to time, Zero Hash or Business (as applicable) may require you to change your Login Credentials and re-verify your Background Information at their discretion and as a condition to your continued access to and use of your Account and the Services. You hereby represent and warrant that you will not share your Login Credentials with any third-party or permit any third-party to gain access to your Account; and you hereby assume responsibility, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, for any instructions, Orders, or actions provided or taken by anyone who has accessed your Account regardless of whether the access was authorized or unauthorized.
Account Access. User acknowledges and agrees that (i) this license is subject to payment of the relevant fees to Honeywell by a User that is a dealer, integrator, installer, or central station (each, a “Provider”), and (ii) Honeywell will have no liability whatsoever to User to the extent User’s access to the Software is revoked due to such Provider’s failure to pay for the Software.
Account Access. Transfers and Payments made via the Service from your Account will be deducted on the date you instruct us to process them. If the date you schedule a Transfer or Payment falls on a weekend or holiday, we will process your transaction the next Transfer Day. We may refuse to act on your Transfer instructions or Payment request if sufficient funds, including funds available under any overdraft protection plan, are not available in your Account on the date you want us to make the Transfer or Payment.
Account Access. You may use your Card to withdraw cash from your checking account by way of a cash advance from merchants, financial institutions, or others who honor the Card. You understand that your Card is not a credit card and does not provide “credit.”
Account Access. The Credit Union may permit you to access an Account and conduct transactions through Account services, including services that require an Account Access Device or a Debit Card. These services may be subject to the terms of the relevant agreements governing such access, including the Online Service Agreement and the Debit Card/Personal Identification Number Agreement. The Credit Union does not represent or warranty that any particular Account feature, service or means of Account access is available or will be available or remain available at any time in the future. The Credit Union may from time to time add or delete from types of use permitted by Account Access Devices or Debit Cards and any particular Account feature or service offered for the Account and shall not be liable to you for any loss or change in such services. The Credit Union may from time to time set one or more limits that apply to your use of Account Access Devices or Debit Cards, Account transactions and services. The Credit Union may change these limits at any time, sometimes without notice. These limits may include restrictions on amounts or types of transactions that may be conducted as the Credit Union may determine. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the specific terms and conditions of any Account or service provided with an Account. If there is a conflict between any specific terms and conditions and these Terms, then the specific terms and conditions will prevail.
Account Access. You may use our ACH services to make one-time and recurring ACH deposits and payments. If you schedule your preauthorized payment due date to occur on a non-business day, it will be sent out on the next business day.
Account Access a. Authorized User(s). All withdrawals, transfers and transactions made by any person to whom you have at any time provided authority or the means to access your accounts or other services shall be deemed authorized by you, and the Credit Union will not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for such withdrawals, transfers or other transactions. b.
Account Access. Your accounts, Visa Debit Card, and any other access device or method (including ACH and electronic check transactions) may not be used for any illegal activity or transaction. Display of a payment card logo by, for example, an online merchant does not necessarily mean that transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions in which the cardholder may be located. You understand that you may not utilize your accounts, Visa Debit Card, or any other access device or method for the purchase of any goods or services on the Internet that involve online gambling of any sort. Prohibited activity and transactions include, but are not limited to, any quasi-cash or online gambling transaction, electronic commerce gambling transaction conducted over an open network, and any betting transaction including the purchase of lottery tickets or casino gaming chips or off-track betting or wagering. We may deny authorization of any transactions identified as gambling. However, in the event that a transaction described in this paragraph is approved and processed, you will still be responsible for such charges.
Account Access. You may access all of your personal accounts online. One of these accounts must be a primary checking account
