Bank Accounts Checks, Drafts, Etc. The bank accounts of the Company shall be maintained in accounts in the name of and under the tax identification number for the Company in such banking institutions as the Managers or the appropriate Officers shall determine. All checks, drafts and orders for the payment of money, notes and other evidences of indebtedness, issued in the name of the Company, shall be signed by such Officers or such other persons as may be authorized by the Board of Managers from time to time.
