Common use of Bank Assumed Expenses Clause in Contracts

Bank Assumed Expenses. Servicer shall provide Bank with a monthly statement showing any Bank Assumed Expenses payable by Bank for each calendar month during the term of the Wal-Mart Program no later than [***] after the end of such calendar month.
