Common use of Bank Automobile/Automobile Allowance Clause in Contracts

Bank Automobile/Automobile Allowance. The Bank shall provide Employee with either an automobile for business and incidental personal use or an automobile allowance as per Bank policy. However, at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and/or the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, the Bank reserves the right to change or eliminate this benefit at any time.
