Common use of Bank Records Clause in Contracts

Bank Records. All Advances and all payments or prepayments made thereunder on account of principal or interest may be evidenced by each of the Banks in accordance with its usual practice in an account or accounts evidencing such Advances and all payments or prepayments thereunder from time to time and the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid from time to time thereunder; in any legal action or proceeding in respect of the Notes, the entries made in such account or accounts shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of all Advances and all payments or prepayments made thereunder on account of principal or interest.

Bank Records. All Advances and all payments or prepayments made thereunder on account of principal or interest may be evidenced by each of the Banks Bank in accordance with its usual practice in an account or accounts evidencing such Advances and all payments or prepayments thereunder from time to time and the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid from time to time thereunder; in any legal action or proceeding in respect of the NotesNote, the entries made in such account or accounts accounts, in the absence of manifest error, shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of all Advances and all payments or prepayments made thereunder on account of principal or interest.
