Bank Regulatory Agencies. The obligations and rights of the parties hereunder are expressly conditioned upon the approval or non-disapproval of (i) this Agreement and/or (ii) Employee, in the event such approvals are required, by those banking regulatory agencies which have jurisdiction over Employer or any of its subsidiaries.
