Common use of Bank Regulatory Documentation Clause in Contracts

Bank Regulatory Documentation. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to them, all documentation and other information required by bank regulatory authorities or reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender under or in respect of applicable Anti-Terrorism Laws or “know-your-customer” Legal Requirements, including the Executive Order.
