BANKING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT. This document refers to the DEFINITIONS, GENERAL CONDITIONS, AND PARTICULAR CONDITIONS applicable to the BANK SERVICES AND PRODUCTS that THE BANK provides to THE CUSTOMER. All activation forms, signature cards and any other documents related to the BANKING SERVICES that are subscribed by the CUSTOMER shall be incorporated into this document, so that they make part thereof. Likewise, all documents or agreements subscribed between THE BANK and THE CUSTOMER, regardless of their nature, shall be incorporated into this contract, if they are stated in such documents or agreements.
