Banking Service Agreements. A duly completed and executed copy of any banking service agreement, including any agreement relating to the provision by CoBank of cash management services, required by Agent from time to time. Agent will be entitled to rely on (and will incur no liability to the Borrower in acting on) any request or direction furnished in accordance with the terms thereof.
