Banking services for employees. Pro- vide banking services, including de- posit services, to the officers and em- ployees of the Edge or agreement cor- poration and its affiliates; however, ex- tensions of credit to such persons shall be subject to the restrictions of Regu- lation O (12 CFR part 215) as if the Edge or agreement corporation were a member bank.
