Common use of Bankruptcies Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcies. In the event that a Borrower files any bankruptcy proceedings, Servicer may (but shall not be required to) represent Purchaser’s interest in any bankruptcy proceedings relating to the Borrower in accordance with the Accepted Servicing Practices.

Bankruptcies. In the event that a Borrower files any bankruptcy proceedings, Servicer will follow the Accepted Servicing Practices and may (but shall may not be required to) represent Purchaser’s interest in any bankruptcy proceedings relating to the Borrower Borrower. Any action by Servicer will be in accordance with the Accepted Servicing Practices.
