Common use of Bankruptcy Court Motions Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy Court Motions. To the extent reasonably practical, Seller will provide Buyers with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment upon all motions, applications and supporting papers prepared by Seller (including forms of orders and notices to interested parties) prior to the filing thereof in the Chapter 11 Court or the Rehabilitation Court.
