Bankruptcy, Involuntary. If a petition shall be filed against Tenant seeking any reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under any present or future federal, state, or other statue, law or regulation, and shall remain undismissed or unstayed for one hundred eighty (180) days, or if any trustee, receiver or liquidator of Tenant, or of all or substantial part of its properties, shall be appointed without the consent or acquiescence of Tenant and such appointment shall remain unvacated and unstayed for one hundred eighty (180) days.
