Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. If an Insolvency Proceeding is commenced against a Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries and any of the following events occur: (a) such Loan Party or such Subsidiary consents to the institution of such Insolvency Proceeding against it, (b) the petition commencing the Insolvency Proceeding is not timely controverted, (c) the petition commencing the Insolvency Proceeding is not dismissed within 60 calendar days of the date of the filing thereof, (d) an interim trustee is appointed to take possession of all or any substantial portion of the properties or assets of, or to operate all or any substantial portion of the business of, such Loan Party or its Subsidiary, or (e) an order for relief shall have been issued or entered therein;
Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. The entry of a decree or order for relief by a court having jurisdiction in the premises in respect of Maker in an involuntary case under any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar law, or appointing a receiver, liquidator, assignee, custodian, trustee, sequestrator (or similar official) of Maker or for any substantial part of its property, or ordering the winding-up or liquidation of its affairs, and the continuance of any such decree or order unstayed and in effect for a period of 60 consecutive days.
Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. (a) An order for relief shall be entered in any involuntary case brought against any Borrower or any Subsidiary under the Bankruptcy Code, or (b) any such case shall be commenced against any Borrower or any Subsidiary and shall not be dismissed within sixty (60) days after the filing of the petition, or (c) an order, judgment or decree under any other Law is entered by any court of competent jurisdiction or by any other Governmental Authority on the application of a Governmental Authority or of a Person other than any Borrower or any Subsidiary (i) adjudicating any Borrower, or any Subsidiary bankrupt or insolvent, or (ii) appointing a receiver, trustee or liquidator of any Borrower or of any Subsidiary, or of a material portion of any Borrower's or any Subsidiary's assets, or (iii) enjoining, prohibiting or otherwise limiting the operation of a material portion of any Borrower's or any Subsidiary's business or the use or disposition of a material portion of any Borrower's or any Subsidiary's assets, and such order, judgment or decree continues unstayed and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days from the date entered.
Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. (i) There shall be commenced against the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary any case, proceeding or other action in any court of competent jurisdiction (A) seeking a decree or order for relief in respect of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary under any applicable domestic or foreign bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar law, (B) seeking a decree or order adjudging the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary a bankrupt or insolvent, (C) except as permitted by Section 7.2(c)(ii), seeking reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, winding-up, liquidation, dissolution, composition or other similar relief of or in respect of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary or their respective debts under any applicable domestic or foreign bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar law or (D) seeking the appointment of a custodian, receiver, conservator, liquidator, assignee, trustee, sequestrator or other similar official of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary or of any substantial part of their respective Properties, and, in the case of each of the foregoing clauses (A), (B), (C) and (D), such case, proceeding or other action is not dismissed within 90 days; or (ii) a decree, order or other judgment is entered in respect of any of the remedies, reliefs or other matters for which any case, proceeding or other action referred to in clause (i) above is commenced; or (iii) there shall be commenced against the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary any case, proceeding or other action seeking issuance of a warrant of attachment, execution, distraint or similar process against all or any substantial part of its assets that results in the entry of an order for any such relief that shall not have been vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 90 days from the entry thereof; or
Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. An order for relief shall be entered against Borrower or any Subsidiary under Title 11 of the United States Code, as now constituted or hereafter amended, which order is not stayed; or upon the entry of an order, judgment or decree by operation of law or by a court having jurisdiction in the premises which is not stayed adjudging it a bankrupt or insolvent under, or ordering relief against it under, or approving as properly filed a petition seeking relief against it under the provisions of any other now existing or future applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar law of the United States of America or any State thereof or of any other country or jurisdiction providing for the reorganization, winding-up or liquidation of corporations or any arrangement, composition, extension or adjustment with creditors; or appointing a receiver, liquidator, assignee, sequestrator, trustee or custodian of Borrower, or any Subsidiary or of any substantial part of its or their property, or ordering the reorganization, winding-up or liquidation of its or their affairs; or upon the expiration of sixty (60) days after the filing of any involuntary petition against it seeking any of the relief specified in Section 8.1(f) or this Section 8.1(g) without the petition being dismissed prior to that time; or

Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. Without the application, approval or consent of such Borrower or any of its Significant Subsidiaries, a receiver, trustee, examiner, liquidator or similar official shall be appointed for such Borrower or any of its Significant Subsidiaries or a Substantial Portion of its Property, or a proceeding described in Section 7.6(iv) shall be instituted against such Borrower or any of its Significant Subsidiaries and such appointment continues undischarged or such proceeding continues undismissed or unstayed for a period of 30 consecutive days.
Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. Without the application, approval or consent of the Company or any Subsidiary, a receiver, trustee, examiner, liquidator or similar official shall be appointed for the Company or any Subsidiary or any substantial part of its property, or a proceeding described in Section 8.6(e) shall be instituted against the Company or any Subsidiary and such appointment continues undischarged or such proceeding continues undismissed or unstayed for a period of 45 consecutive days.

Involuntary Bankruptcy, etc. (i) A court having jurisdiction in the premises shall enter a decree or order for relief in respect of Debtor in an involuntary case under Title 11 of the United States Code entitled "Bankruptcy" (as now and hereinafter in effect, or any successor thereto, the "Bankruptcy Code") or any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar law now or hereafter in effect, which decree or order is not stayed; or any other similar relief shall be granted under any applicable federal or state law or (ii) an involuntary case shall be commenced against Debtor under any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar law now or hereafter in effect; or a decree or order of a court having jurisdiction in the premises for the appointment of a receiver, liquidator, sequestrator, trustee, custodian or other officer having similar powers over Debtor or over all or a substantial part of Debtor's property shall have been entered; or the involuntary appointment of an interim receiver, trustee or other custodian of Debtor for all or a substantial part of Debtor's property shall have occurred; or a warrant of attachment, execution or similar process shall have been issued against any substantial part of the property of Debtor, and, in the case of any event described in this clause (ii), such event shall have continued for 60 days unless dismissed, bonded or discharged; or
