Bankruptcy Protection (Article 34, New Section). If the Employer files a Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition or is placed in involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, the Employer agrees not to file any documents or motions under Sections 1113 or 1114 of the Bankruptcy Code without the approval of TNFINC.
