Common use of Bank’s right to accept Clause in Contracts

Bank’s right to accept. any Bid and to reject any or all Bids Notwithstanding anything mentioned above, RBI reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid at any time prior to award of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Tenderer or Tenderers.
